Alive in America was inspired by the website and podcast: Alive in Baghdad, a very amazing look at life in Iraq during a time of war. The mission of Alive in Baghdad is to provide an unfiltered look at life in that country, and the people who put that site out take unusual and enormous risks to provide the world with this view. This site is dedicated to all people who place themselves at risk to report, whatever they may see as truth.
